Your new company
The local contractor is based in the DD postcode. With deep roots in the local construction industry dating back 50 years, the organisation has a large amount of work on their programme coming into a busy 2025.
Your new role
As contracts manager, you will oversee the smooth daily operation of the construction project, ensuring the subcontracting & in-house tradesmen have access to each residential property to complete the required work.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need a CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid qualification alongside previous experience working on contracts maintaining residential properties.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a start on 11/11/24 alongside an excellent hourly rate (UMB PAYE / LTD CIS or LTD GROSS), paid weekly.
