Full Job Description

As Contracts Specialist you will provide the business with contracting expertise, support and coordination for contracted services activities. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Contract Management: Oversee tendering, negotiation, award, and administration of contracts, including managing Variation Orders, Frame Agreements, claims, and adherence to contract procedures.
  • Commercial Support & Risk Management: Provide commercial and contractual advice, manage project risks and opportunities, and coordinate with department managers and Project Management Teams to develop scopes and solutions.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with Business Management Systems, handle project-related bonds, guarantees, and insurances, and prepare internal approval documents.
  • Supplier and Performance Management: Assist with supplier management activities, conduct performance reviews, and manage supplier variations

Applicants must have a basic understanding of commercial environments and knowledge of Supply Chain processes specific to the energy sector. Holding a Bachelor's degree in fields like Quantity Surveying, Law or Business Management is highly preferred. Demonstrated experience in subcontracting environments and previous involvement with marine and vessel projects is advantageous.
