Contracts Specialist III

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking a skilled Contracts Specialist to join our Legal team in Inchinnan, Paisley, Scotland, UK. This opportunity can be based at our Inchinnan (Glasgow) site or 100% remote working is available.
Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and negotiate various commercial agreements
- Support and lead negotiations with third parties and/or customers
- Contribute to contract template standardization and process improvement initiatives
- Consult with other parts of the organisation on the interpretation of agreements in effect or in development
- Educate and train employees on their roles in contract negotiations and obligations under contracts and legal requirements
- Collaborate with the Global Legal team, Commercial Licensing and Sales teams, IP and Procurement

Law degree in a UK jurisdiction or at least three years of experience in a contracts-focused role
- Strong working knowledge of contract law
- Experience in contract negotiation and drafting
- Excellent commercial awareness and business sense
- Experience with technology and automation
- Ability to engage and influence business partners
- Fluent in English
- Ability to handle high-volume workloads effectively and efficiently
