Contracts Supervisor

Peace Recruitment's client is a timber frame designer and manufacturer who are leaders in the housebuilding and development industry in Scotland. 

They have an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Supervisor to join their team and oversee kit erection on sites in the North East.

Requirements for this role are as follows :

Experience in Programming and planning

CSCS

SSTS or SMSTS

Preparation of RAMS documents for principal contractor

Attend progress meetings

Build and maintain relationships with sub contractors, clients and future clients

Preferably appointed person training but training can be given

Ability to work to tight timescales

Knowledge of IT systems - Word Excel, Outlook Teams and Programming Software

Supervisory experience is essential either from a joinery or housebuilding background

Health and Safety knowledge
