What you'll do

You will play a vital role in driving the creative direction of our campaigns and producing high-quality creative content from conception to end-user delivery. Working closely with our design team, you will respond to a wide range of creative business requests, ensuring that our copy is concise, compelling, and tailored to optimise each stage of the customer journey.

Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you will support the Creative Lead and Designers in creating and managing original, persuasive, and conceptually compelling work for campaigns, content, and experiences.

A key part of this role will also be to support the business across service communications that build trust, enhance customer relationships, and support the broader strategic objectives of the business.

With a focus on digital platforms, you will have experience in creating copy solutions across both offline and online channels and staying up to date with the latest trends You will work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand the objectives of each brief, deliver digital-first copy across various channels, and contribute to the development and maintenance of our tone of voice guidelines.

Additionally, you will shape and design copy and messaging in partnership with Designers, ensuring that key messages are communicated effectively. A keen eye for detail, strong project management skills, and the ability to adapt copy to engage at different stages of the marketing funnel will be crucial to success in this role. Supporting the Creative and Traffic Leads, you will contribute to resource planning and estimate project timelines.

Overall, your creativity, communication skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will be essential in delivering attractive and compelling campaigns and content in line with our brand identity.
