Opportunity:

We have been instructed by a dynamic and growing firm, who are seeking several corporate lawyers to grow out their expanding corporate practice. The firm are highly authentic and extremely commercial in their approach and have created an environment that fosters growth and innovation.

Role:

In this key role within the corporate team, you'll collaborate with Partners and junior fee-earners to contribute to the continued success and expansion of this practice. The position offers a blend of challenging and interesting corporate work with a fantastic blend and mix of clients. This is an excellent opportunity to take on substantial responsibilities and make a significant impact.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Scottish Qualified Solicitor with prior experience in corporate law.
• Open on PQE

• Excellent communication skills.
• Thrives in both team collaboration and working autonomously.
• Personable, excelling in building and nurturing client relationships.
• Confidence and a strong belief in personal abilities.
• Commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience, willing to invest extra time and effort when required.
• Additional Requirements:
• Will involve business development.
