About the Role
An exciting opportunity for an experienced, commercially minded Associate or Senior Associate Solicitor to join a high-performing Corporate Team in either Glasgow or Edinburgh. This role offers exposure to cross-border work and international transactions across key industry sectors, focusing on delivering outstanding client service within the Scotland and UK market.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting core documents for Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity and Venture Capital investments, and Equity Capital Markets transactions.
• Providing efficient, professional support to partners.
• Building and nurturing client relationships.
• Supporting business development efforts and enhancing the team's market profile.
• Participating in marketing events.
• Managing and supervising junior team members, including associates and trainees.

About You
With excellent drafting skills and a talent for leading and managing transactional work, the ideal candidate will have a strong ability to translate legal theory into practical client advice. This role requires a confident communicator with sound judgment and interpersonal skills, suitable for a client-facing environment. A minimum of 4 years PQE in a leading law firm is expected, along with the capacity to deliver clear, concise advice to clients.
