Counsellor / Psychotherapist

PMH Borders is looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Counsellor/Psychotherapist with a minimum of 3 years post-qualifying experience. This role will be an integral part of the service, providing one-to-one therapy and counselling for parents experiencing the effects of peri-natal mental health difficulties and birth trauma., None specified

Having a baby is a major, life changing event and many mothers and parents can end up feeling overwhelmed by the responsibility. Perinatal Mental Health Borders is a Scottish Registered Charity and has, for over a decade, been providing evidence based therapy for those affected by the birth of a child and early parenthood. Support is available from PMH Borders for all parents living in the Scottish Borders.
