Creative Executive

As a Creative Executive, you'll be responsible for supporting the creative direction of Oh Polly's campaigns and projects. This role will involve styling, curating photo selections, and contributing to shoot proposals. You'll collaborate closely with the wider creative team to ensure brand consistency and bring our unique fashion vision to life.,

• Styling: Work closely with the design and production teams to style looks for photoshoots, ensuring they align with Oh Polly's aesthetic.
• Photo Selection: Review and select images from shoots that best represent the brand's vision, focusing on visual storytelling and attention to detail.
• Shoot Proposals: Assist in developing creative shoot proposals, including mood boards, location scouting, and conceptual themes.
• Collaborate with Creative Team: work with photographers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines.
• Trend Research: Stay on top of fashion trends to inspire and inform upcoming campaigns.
• Creative Input: Provide fresh ideas for new collections, campaigns, and content that align with brand ethos.
  
  Proven experience in styling and visual content creation (experience in fashion or beauty industry preferred).
• Strong eye for detail and an ability to curate on-brand imagery.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A creative thinker with the ability to work on multiple projects at once.
• Proficiency in visual design tools and mood board creation (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and a passion for the Oh Polly

  Salary £26,500 - £28,000
