I am working with a leading client in the property management sector to recruit an experienced Credit Controller. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team, where you'll report directly to the Credit Manager and collaborate with a close-knit group of Credit Controllers, supporting branches across Scotland.

Key Responsibilities:
* Record NOPLs on the company CRM/billing system
* Calculate direct debit reviews and prepare DD increase review letters
* Handle and follow up on DD rejections
* Manage client payments and direct debits
* Resolve payment queries efficiently
* Use the CPL/RPM system for all client interactions
* Maintain accurate notes of all phone calls

What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-volume credit control environment
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong self-discipline and motivation
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in IT, especially MS Excel
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
