In this role, you will be pivotal in reducing debtor days and maximising cash collections. Your exceptional telephone manner will be crucial, as you'll handle sensitive communications with professionalism and tact. While previous experience in a similar position is a plus, your ability to manage inquiries skilfully and with care will set you apart.


Your key responsibilities will include reviewing new customer applications, addressing client inquiries, collecting outstanding accounts, and ensuring that accounts are operating within their terms. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, outstanding note-taking abilities, and strong negotiation skills.
