iMultiply are delighted to be working on an exciting opportunity which has arisen for an experienced Credit Controller to join a dynamic organisation in Glasgow on a 6-month contract. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to debt recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances
• Proactively contacting clients via phone, email, and written correspondence to resolve payment issues
• Allocating payments and reconciling accounts to maintain accurate financial records
• Investigating and resolving invoice disputes, liaising with internal teams where necessary
• Producing aged debt reports and providing regular updates to senior management
• Identifying potential credit risks and escalating concerns appropriately
• Assisting with process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the credit control function

About You:

• Proven experience in credit control within a fast-paced finance environment
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and finance/accounting software
• Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines
