We have an opportunity to join our dynamic and enthusiastic Swimming Development Team in a role providing comprehensive support in relation to the

processing of sales, swimming members’ direct debits and all associated processes.

As part of this role you will be responsible for business support in relation to financial transactions, swimming teacher contract changes and terminations as well as keeping training records up to date. You will also be responsible for answering and sending e-mails to customers, working through our mailbox, adding and updating our swimming lessons waiting lists and dealing with teacher cover

We need someone who has experience of dealing with a variety of general and

complex enquires, excellent customer care when dealing with telephone, face-to face and online enquiries.

Ideally the successful post holder will also be computer literate have experience of

working with a variety of ICT systems and packages e.g. Microsoft Office. Experience of payment processing and dealing with front line customer service

The post will be subject to a Basic Disclosure check.
