Location: Baillieston, office-based

Salary: £25,000 plus £6k bonus

Here you would be working with a leading Mortgage Brokerage in Baillieston.

As a Customer Care Advisor you’d play a key role in the business, working closely with colleagues to provide top-notch service to clients. There is no cold calling, but this is an outbound telephony role.

Your day would mostly involve calling existing clients who are approaching their renewal date, promoting the benefits of speaking with their Mortgage Broker again.

They are an incredibly caring and friendly bunch, who will go out their way to ensure you’ll get all the support you need to succeed in the role.

Development is important to them as well, so you’ll get to learn from the very best in the industry – and have the opportunity to progress into other areas of the business, such as becoming a Mortgage Advisor.

What will you be doing?

• Reaching out to existing clients who are approaching renewal
• Selling the benefits of speaking with their broker again
• Working closely with Brokers to manage appointments
• Updating database, keeping records clean and tidy
• Helping clients get the best/cheapest mortgage

About you:

• Previous customer service, telesales, outbound telephony experience
• Familiar with Microsoft apps (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Keen to learn, persistent
