Full Job Description
Are you an experienced Customer Care Coordinator seeking a new role in the housebuilding industry where you can really make a difference?
We are delighted to be working in partnership with one of the industry’s leading independent private house builders based in Livingston as they look to ensure the best experience for each and every customer they work with.
The Customer Care Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, programming works, managing the customer experience, and effective communication with customers.
The successful individual will be expected to carry out the following duties:
- Monitor and adhere to customer care policies and procedures, ensuring any issues raised are dealt with professionally, quickly and to their complete satisfaction.
- Be first point of call for receiving customer care related enquiries. Ensuring they are handled professionally and courteously with all issues appropriately recorded.
- Arrange for the inspection of remedial enquiries and where necessary to agree valid warranty issues.
- Liaise between site management teams, Customer Care Operatives and external sub contractors to ensure all remedial works are carried out efficiently, in accordance with the NHBC Buildmark Warranty and in line with the companies stated Service Level Agreements.
- Other ad hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements for the role:
- Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Customer Experience skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Customer Service experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Knowledge of construction industry is a plus along with NHBC knowledge.
