Full Job Description
An established Financial Services organisation is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Customer Insight Lead to shape how customer data is used to influence business decisions at every level. Supporting a customer base of over 750,000 people across the UK, this organisation is dedicated to removing barriers and improving access to everyday independence through smart, inclusive solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
Own and deliver the customer insight strategy, aligning it to organisational goals and customer needs.
Build and mentor a team of Insight professionals, elevating insight capabilities across the business.
Lead the development of segmentation, VOC programmes, customer research, and dashboard reporting.
Be the champion of evidence-based, customer-led decision making across departments.
Communicate insights with impact - ensuring the "last mile" of insight lands and drives action.
Drive innovation in tooling and techniques, from AI to agile research approaches.
Engage senior stakeholders and represent Insight in leadership forums.
Oversee the performance and value delivered by external research partners.
Proven experience leading insight teams and influencing strategic decisions.
Strong people leadership and project management across multiple channels and stakeholders.
Skilled in research methodologies, dashboard creation, customer segmentation, and behavioural data.
Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, commercially relevant narratives.
A curious mindset, comfortable with innovation and new technologies.
Degree educated in a relevant field (e.g., statistics, behavioural science, research).
Experience in agile environments and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
