Full Job Description

Sanctuary provide in-house repairs and maintenance services for an extensive portfolio of properties across Sanctuary organisations. Customer Liaison Officer

Freeland Drive, Glasgow

£31,611 - £33,275 per year

35 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 16:00pm

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Liaison Officer to join our Scotland Planned Works team. You will work within a large team of 28 which is responsible for carrying out refurbishment programmes throughout Scotland for Sanctuary's Reinvestment and Care teams.

The role of Customer Liaison Officer will include:

-Working closely with the Planned Team Trade Supervisors to deliver works
-Travel and Overnight stay will be required to meet team needs
-Providing administrative support to the team
-Completing and coordinating surveys with internal and external partners, liaising with tenants and signing off completed works
-Acting as the first point of contact for customers
-Building and maintaining relationships with clients, responding to customer queries, identifying any shortfalls in service delivery
-Updating clients on progression and completion

Skills and experiences:

-Demonstrable experience within a similar housing/liaison role is essential
-Proven knowledge of housing regulations and legislation is desirable
-Excellent communication and flexible interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritise and plan workload in a professional manner
-Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel (or similar)
-Travel is a requirement of the role, therefore a full valid driving licence is essential
