You'll be joining a large private sector organisation in Edinburgh.

Your new role


In this hands-on, fast-paced role, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks:

  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls to various stakeholders.
  • Managing the reception desk.
  • Arranging travel and making lunch/hotel bookings for meetings.
  • Update registers and records, and create reports.
  • Offer general administrative support.


What you'll need to succeed


  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working with the public.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to adapt to using new systems.
  • Able to hit the ground running, working autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • Organised with good time management skills.
