Full Job Description

To provide the local community with advice and information on Council Services and to deal efficiently and courteously with customer enquiries over the phone, online and face to face at any customer services point of contact.

This post is based at Tullibody Library. Shift pattern as follows; Mon, Wed, Fri 09:00 - 12:30. Tuesday and Thursday 13:30 - 17:45.
