About the Role

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department or individual
  • Updating customers regularly with the progress of repairs
  • Updating CRM systems
  • Assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback
  • Maintaining a clean and organised reception area
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as needed, such as filing paperwork and updating records

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service under pressure
  • Knowledge of automotive repair terminology and services is a plus but not required
