Anderson Knight are pleased to be recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor within the Insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for valued members, providing exemplary customer service and guidance.
- Handle member enquiries proficiently throughout the application, on boarding, and membership life cycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams to swiftly address member issues and contribute to enhancing the overall customer journey.
- Work closely with Customer Operations Managers and Head of Customer Services to uphold organisational mission and standards.

- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences with a strong emphasis on empathy and compassion.
- Demonstrated ability in problem-solving, offering practical solutions to member inquiries.
