Customer Service Advisor – Glasgow

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our customers in Glasgow. Your role will involve greeting clients, handling phone enquiries, booking appointments, and delivering top-tier customer service. We're seeking someone with great communication skills, a positive outlook, and a passion for making every customer interaction a great experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greeting and assisting customers upon arrival
  • Answering phone calls and directing them to the correct team or individual
  • Keeping customers updated on the status of their repairs
  • Regularly updating the CRM system with accurate information
  • Helping customers with queries, concerns, or feedback
  • Ensuring the reception area is clean, organised, and welcoming
  • Supporting administrative tasks such as filing and record updates

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a receptionist role preferred
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment
  • Proficient in basic computer programs, especially Microsoft Office
  • A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to stay positive and professional under pressure
  • Knowledge of automotive services is a bonus but not essential
