Full Job Description

As a Customer Service Advisor - Finance, you'll assist with over 1,500 optical, audiology, home visit and NewMedia business areas across the UK, ROI and the Netherlands. Our team processes around 6,000 finance queries from our stores, suppliers and internal colleagues. You'll dive into a variety of tasks from taking incoming calls, logging queries for investigation, and handling a daily allocation of new emails and portal queries, all while keeping your portfolio of active queries in check.

Collaboration is our secret power, you'll build relationships within the Finance Customer Response team and beyond, making sure you provide top-notch service standards and embodying our team ethos. You'll follow the right escalation routes for specialist queries and provide timely solutions, always adhering to policies and procedures. Plus, your impact will go beyond the daily tasks as you contribute to ad-hoc projects and drive continuous improvement helping shape our team's annual plan

You'll bring customer service experience; gain invaluable exposure across various departments, diving deep into all aspects of Finance. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow, with study support available for customer service or accounting qualifications. Up to £26,000 including bonus (depending on experience) + benefits
