- Handling inbound calls from customers for a variety of queries
- Dealing with multiple clients to deliver the best service we can offer
- Working with suppliers and parts
- Providing excellent customer service at all times

Full training will be provided so experience in this field is not essential. We`re looking for dedicated and passionate, customer focussed colleagues to join our 24/7, 365 days a year telephone-based team with variable rota shift patterns between 7.00am and midnight.,
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Computer literature - you'll be using a variety of in-house databases!
