What is the role?

Under the direction of the Customer Services Manager work as part of a team delivering a professional customer service.

The grade of these posts are Grade 2 / Level 5; the hourly rate is from £14.43 to £15.52 and the annual salary is from £26,335 - £28,324.

Post A: The Wallace Tower, Ayr.

Post B: Maybole/Girvan Area.

These posts are temporary up until 31 October 2025.

The successful candidate will be required to work flexibly between home and the office and the frequency for attending the office may vary depending on the exigencies of the service.

Interviews are scheduled to take place on 10 January 2025.
