Customer Service Executive

Brightwork are currently recruiting on behalf of our client within the drinks industry for a Customer Service Executive based in West Lothian. This role supports the commercial team to ensure they deliver top-notch customer service. It is a varied position, created due to business growth in the UK.

Main Responsibilities

• Process and invoice UK orders.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to meet delivery targets and priorities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Provide detailed information about products and services.
• Declare duty on all products dispatched from the bonded warehouse and track duty declarations.
• Monitor stock levels and production using internal systems.
• Track and report on customer service KPIs and metrics.

Requirements & Skills

• Passion for customer service with a proven track record of efficiently resolving customer inquiries.
• Previous experience within the Drinks Industry; spirits experience preferred.
• Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of French is beneficial.
• Self-starter who thrives on autonomy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage and influence a diverse customer base.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a keen eye for new opportunities.
• Positive approach to overcoming obstacles.
