Full Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Services Manager to lead our Tenancy Sustainment team. 


Contract Terms: 35 hours per week (full time), Permanent  

Salary: £59,859 - £62,948, Grade C3-C1 + Car allowance  

Location: Invergordon with Hybrid Working (weekly attendance to the office will be required)

About the Role 

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Services Manager (Tenancy Sustainment) to lead and develop a strategic tenancy sustainment service across our organisation. This role is crucial in ensuring effective support for vulnerable customers, managing the FIT Homes allocations, tenancies, technology, and developing strong partnerships to provide financial inclusion and tenancy support services. The successful candidate will drive the delivery of an innovative tenancy sustainment framework and lead a high-performing team dedicated to delivering proactive support and intervention services. 


We’re looking for someone with… 

  • Proven leadership and experience in housing management 
  • Strong ability to analyse data and produce reports 
  • Experience in strategic planning, policy development, and service improvement 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiation and influencing abilities 
  • Sound understanding of ICT systems and good IT and digital skills 
  • Current and full driving licence and have access to own vehicle
