Full Job Description

The responsibility of the Customer Success Specialist is to maximize customer retention and support sales growth across the UK&I portfolio. The role works alongside our Key Account Managers implementing data-driven cleaning and helping drive customers with new and better ways of working. This is a national role travel will be required.

What You Will Do

  • Consult with end customers (cleaning and facilities management companies) on best solutions and use of data-driven cleaning along with Key Account Managers

  • Ensure proper deployment of Tork Vision Cleaning in new sites in conjunction with installation partners

  • Train customer on solution and system features to drive adoption so that they can fully leverage the benefits of the system

  • Interpret data to make recommendations to optimise cleaning operations, improve user experience and engage customers on new ways of working

  • Manage a portfolio of customers using Tork Vision Cleaning to ensure contract renewals, extensions and upsells

  • Provide customer insights using tools such as PowerBi to create value for the customer

  • Being the link between customer needs & future development of the solution

  • Seek referrals from existing customers to create new opportunities

  • Experience in selling solutions is desirable

  • Excellent command of Microsoft applications

  • Good communication skills


  • This is a national role which requires travel to cover the area therefore, a driving license is required.
