Are you ready to make your mark at Woodward?

We are looking for an additional Customer Support Representative to join our busy Commercial Operations team at Woodward, Prestwick. Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, you will be supporting the processes of providing products and services per Woodward policies and procedures, to meet quality standards and expectations. Coordination with customers and within the organisation to provide an excellent standard of customer support.

Qualifications/Experience

• At least 2 years work experience in a customer-interface role and general business process understanding. 

• HND/HNC in Business Administration or other relevant subject is preferable.
