2 x Data Analyst - 3 Month Contract - 145.11 a day (Inside IR35) - Hybrid working: WFH and the Glasgow based office (once a week on a Wednesday) - Public Sector The main area of work will be supporting in investigating, documenting and cleansing existing data models and data sets as part of the introduction of a centralised Data Warehouse to support the implementation of Contact Centre (CC) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions to meet the organisation's business needs. Essential Skills: * Experienced Data Analyst * Data modelling and documentation * Experience in dealing with highly complex data sets * Strong understanding of SQL/Database interaction Desired Skills: * Experience with SAP Hana/SAP BO reporting suite * Experience in CRM and/or Contact Centre environments * Public Sector experience This role has been deemed inside IR35 by the client.
