Job Summary:

We are looking for a Data Analyst / Data Integration Specialist with 2+ years of experience in Power BI data analytics, KPI reporting, and API integration between SaaS platforms. In this role, you will:

  • Design and develop interactive Power BI reports and dashboards that drive critical insights.
  • Ensure seamless data integration across platforms through API management.
  • Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights to support strategic  decision-making.

 This position is ideal for a candidate with a technical foundation in data analytics and integration who wants to expand their expertise in business intelligence and cross-platform data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Maintain Power BI Reports: Design interactive dashboards and reports to communicate KPIs and business metrics effectively.
  • Collaborate Across Departments: Work with various teams to understand reporting needs, optimize data delivery, and enhance insights.
  • Manage API Integrations: Develop, monitor, and troubleshoot API integrations between SaaS platforms to ensure smooth data transfer.
  • Perform Data Analysis and Transformation: Analyse data and transform it into actionable business insights, maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
  • Data Storytelling: Use data visualization best practices to convey insights clearly to stakeholders through Power BI.
  • Documentation and Standards: Create and maintain documentation for data models, definitions, and reporting standards to ensure data consistency.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular checks on data sources and reporting outputs to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Master’s Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (Power BI) are a plus

Experience:

  • 2+ years in data analytics, specifically with Power BI, KPI reporting, and API integration across SaaS platforms
