Full Job Description

  • Answering telephonecalls, assisting customers with enquiries and adhering to depotKPI's

  • Assisting drivers with locating addressesand providing delivery instructions

  • Assistingcustomers and providing excellent customerservice

  • De-brief of drivers ensuring processesare followed correctly

  • Reporting and loggingdamaged hand held devices called Saturn's so these can be fixedwithout delay

  • Ensuring contractor paperwork iscompleted

  • Basic administrativeduties

  • To implement the Health and SafetyPolicy, ensuring and maintaining a safe working environment at alltimes

  • To implement the Security Policy ensuringand maintaining a secure passage of goods for thecustomer

  • Carry out such other duties as mayreasonably be requested by the Management or the ShiftManager.
