Full Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Demand Creation Marketing Manager, EMEA, to support the Thales Application and Data Security businesses. You will develop, execute and measure an integrated demand generation and account based marketing plan aimed at generating pipeline as well as accelerating opportunities and supporting cross-sell/upsell motions. This role will use data and insights about our prospects, customers, the market, win/loss analysis, and other signals to inform development and deployment of marketing programs and campaigns. You're a marketer who wants to continually test, learn, lean on the data, and collaborate across teams to find new and innovative ways of reaching, supporting, expanding, and retaining our prospects and customer base. You'll ensure our messaging to the market is compelling, consistent, and valuable across activation tactics.,
- Campaign Strategy & Development: Develop, execute, and measure an integrated demand generation and account based marketing plan to build pipeline. Partner with Product Marketing (PMM)/regional marketing/sales teams to identify key content themes, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic objectives.
- Campaign Activation: Design and implement multi-channel campaigns across web, paid media, social media, webinars, email, and BDR/SDR outreach, coordinating efforts with key stakeholders.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Align with the sales and regional marketing managers to understand the market trends in the region, and support our go-to-market strategy
- Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end process for campaign activations, managing timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics to ensure success.
- Identify ideal customer profiles (ICP) and buyer personas, for target account selection that align with solutions and products.
- Partner with our product marketing team to create and localize content and messaging and adapt for 1-to-1, 1-to-few or 1-to-many sales and marketing initiatives across the entire buyer journey.
- Be the expert across all ABM and Demand-Gen program types, supporting acquisition, growth and retention across target accounts.
- Track program results, measuring program success, efficiency and effectiveness, and report metrics via SFDC and Power BI to present to regional sales and marketing teams.
- Research and recommend marketing techniques and tactics based on changing business demands and suggest innovative and creative marketing approaches for revenue growth

- Background in Application Security and/or Data Security Experience: Essential:
- Ability to market to a range of B2B buyers using a wide variety of offers (white papers, case studies, webcasts) and delivery mechanisms (emails, call downs, and direct mail).
- Strong understanding of the buyer's process and how to map content to various stages of the buyer journey
- Ability to monitor and report on key metrics, and proactively pivot based on results backed by data Desirable:

- BA or BS Degree in or equivalent work experience in the related field (e.g. marketing, communications, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce (navigation, campaign tracking and reporting). Desirable:
