Full Job Description
- Production of long- and short-range forecasts across all Customer Fulfilment journeys (Voice, Chat, Complaints, WhatsApp, social media etc) including outbound contact
- Managing the demand propensity models, linked to internal and external data sources, to create all workload demand forecasts
- Review the demand implications of proposed business changes/initiatives to support identifying risk/opportunity associated
- Working with Customer & Commercial partners to understand new products & propositions impacts on demand
- Supporting the operation of modelling against demand planning scenarios to support risk assessments and mitigation planning
- You'll be collaborating effectively with Field Planning function to ensure latest field position (forecast lead times, reschedule rates and ASV mailing) are reflected in to demand forecasts
- Identifying, analysing, and interpreting trends or patterns to prepare ongoing reports and data visualizations (e.g., charts, dashboards, heat maps) to support business decisions
Prior experience of using Forecasting Tools and software for a large-scale operating model - Power BI experience
- Knowledge and experience of Data management & analytics
- Have worked within a Data modelling, design, and visualisation role previously
- Understand Demand Management or have worked within a similar role across resource planning
- Good knowledge or experience within Benefits analysis
