Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients warmly and professionally.
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organised calendar.
• Handle phone calls, enquiries, and patient records with confidentiality.
• Process payments and manage billing enquiries.
• Support the dental team with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is preferred, but not necessary.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Caring and compassionate.
