FTE: 1 (35 hours/week)

The Department of Management Science wishes to appoint a full-time Department Administrator to join our small and busy team. The post-holder will provide essential administrative support for Postgraduate Research and Undergraduate degrees and also ensure the smooth running of key operational activities within the department. This role would suit someone who is highly organised and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills you will build positive working relationships, and excel in planning, prioritising and multi-tasking. You will have experience of working in a busy office environment, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You will be proficient in MS Office packages and will have strong organizational skills, with the ability to work to deadlines. Familiarity with relevant University policies and procedures is desirable. The post holder will work with our internal colleagues and our external stakeholders, often providing a first point of contact for the organisation.
