An opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Charge Nurse - Clinical Educator based at University Hospital Crosshouse, Some of our vacancies are for internal candidates only . This role will be a full time permanent post and previous Emergency Department experience being essential. An Instructor qualification or education qualification is essential.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and team working skills, with experience of competency framework and actions plans learning.
A drive to educate and train the ED nursing staff is essential in this role., You will be committed to providing a good standard of quality nursing care and you will demonstrate motivation and enthusiasm to providing leadership within the department.
