Full Job Description

An excellent opportunity has become available for a PC Services Engineer to be the face of IT for ends users of Diligenta's IT services. You will have the chance to solve complex problems and provide support to all levels of seniority across all locations (home and office) and client accounts. As a PC Services Engineer, you will be utilising your skillset on a range of technology as well as providing support for site based telephony, servers and network technologies.,

  • Responsible for onsite, face to face support and resolution of day-to-day problems on a multitude of equipment such as desktops, laptops, mobile devices and printers
  • Assisting more experienced PC Services staff with second line technical support and investigation of major issues for all Diligenta users
  • Responsible for the installation of equipment/software for major projects including site and floor planning for their location
  • Solving complex problems for users accessing IT services from office and remote locations
  • Ensuring that Diligenta IT support procedures are followed

    Are proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
  • Understanding or willing to learn AD, SCCM, Citrix, Server and other technical toolsets
  • Have strong problem and decision-making skills to effectively diagnose technical issues within their remit and identify the right SMEs to support resolution of issues
  • Are customer focused and interested in improving the end user experience
  • Have excellent communication skills

    Salary: From £32959-£41198, 33 days including Bank Holidays
