Full Job Description

As the Development Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing a variety of community based projects. You will work closely with staff, stakeholders, volunteers and the wider community to ensure that projects align with the strategic goals. The role will involve everything from project planning and funding applications to team leadership and community engagement.

Thurso Community Development Trust are looking for a Development Manager with experience in Community Development or a related field. This is a 3 year post with the opportunity to continue dependent on funding.
