Full Job Description

OUR CLIENT IS A BRILLIANT INTERNATIONAL FULL SERVICE DIGITAL AGENCY WHO HAVE THE BEST PORTFOLIO OF LUXURY BRANDS/CLIENTS, WITH THEIR HEAD OFFICE BASED IN EDINBURGH. THE CLIENT SERVICES TEAM IS GROWING AND WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED ACCOUNT MANAGER TO STRENGTHEN THE TEAM.


The responsibilities of an Account Manager include:


- Act as main point of contact with clients

- Attend regular meetings with clients - a mixture of phone / Teams / Email / on site

- Gain an in depth understanding of clients’ business needs and focus and relay this to the appropriate internal teams (SEO, PPC, Social, Design, Development teams)

- Produce monthly reports and analysis for clients on work / campaigns completed

- Agree forecasts and schedules with clients and internal teams

- Trouble shoot any issues

- Strategy and planning for client campaigns 

- Scheduling work with internal teams (design, development, marketing, content, brand)

- Using internal systems effective (CRM, finance etc)


TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE:


- Ideally a digital / marketing degree (or equivalent work experience)

- A minimum of one year’s digital account / project management experience (ideally 2/3) within an agency environment

- Proven experience and knowledge of managing creative projects such as branding, design, website development

- Ideally experience and knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, Analytics etc)

- Willingness to travel for work if necessary

- A “can do” pro-active attitude, ambition to grow your skills and knowledge


Salary £25,000 - £35,000 + a great bonus system and brilliant company benefits including social, health, pension and training/development budget. Great offices with free tea/coffee etc and beers on a Friday!
