Endeavour, a leading technology partner, is seeking two enthusiastic Digital IT Support Apprentices to join their IT team in Edinburgh. Endeavour offer practical IT support to business using bespoke Microsoft technology solutions. This is your opportunity to join a growing company that already has office in Belfast, Edinburgh and Manchester.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide first-level support to internal and external clients.
  • Assist with equipment builds and support for clients.
  • Resolve user problems efficiently.
  • Monitor the helpdesk ticket queue and prioritise tasks.
  • Collaborate with the team to escalate unresolved issues.
  • Help onboard and offboard users.
  • Maintain internal equipment asset records.

  • Excellent customer service skills (phone and email).
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Positive attitude and ambition.
  • Team player with problem-solving abilities.

Salary:

£18,000 per annum

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
