Digital Learning Officer Permanent

35 hours per week

Salary grade 4 ‐ £29,041.90

Glasgow (remote working and office based)

The Role

The post-holder will be working in a fast paced, dynamic environment, as part of the digital learning team. They will be responsible for the ongoing management and administration of the College Digital Learning Portal (Canvas), related content and learner data. They are expected to create and maintain processes in relation to the management of the portal, allowing all team members to follow a consistent approach. The Digital Learning Portal is used by members of the College, non-members in the healthcare profession, and our own staff.

The post-holder will also support the planning, delivery and post-production of digital and hybrid events aimed at members of the College, non-members in the healthcare profession. The Current webinar platform in use is Adobe Connect. They will also share responsibility for routine administrative tasks and will be the first point of contact to provide support for learners.
