Full Job Description

We're looking for an efficient and approachable Administrator to join our Marketing and Digital Product Development departments in Glasgow., This is a hybrid position that involves two days in our Hillington Head Office and one day working from home. About the role Arnold Clark's Head Office in Hillington, Glasgow, houses both Scotland's largest in-house Marketing department and an innovative Digital Product Development department. As a Digital and Marketing Administrator, you will be responsible for the smooth running of daily admin for both departments, from incoming calls and email enquiries to travel bookings and even occasional event support. You'll be happy to help and enjoy working in a fast-paced, exciting environment where every day is different. Day-to-day duties

  • Monitoring emails
  • Call handling
  • Holiday and clocking management
  • Invoicing
  • Processing software requests
  • Online purchases
  • Recruitment activity
  • Booking travel and accommodation
  • Assistance in ad hoc admin tasks
  • Host Teams meetings where appropriate

    Previous background working within a team environment
  • Positive and enthusiastic approach to work
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, while also displaying a high level of professionalism
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office
  • Capacity to work under pressure and deliver results
