Full Job Description

Are you interested working for an exciting charity in Paisley, or enjoy planning and running fundraising activities? 

Come join Fibromyalgia Action UK, a small friendly team who are looking for someone to provide support to the charity team and assist with administration and fundraising activities. 

Responsibilities:

  • Using Microsoft 365, CiviCRM and MailerLite for newsletters and managing data
  • Providing admin support for fundraising activities which will include the recording of donations, thanking of donors and sending out certificates
  • Assisting with the implementation of the charity’s social media activities across multiple channels such as Twitter and Facebook
  • Answering phones, taking messages and dealing with enquiries
  • Acting in a customer care capacity, responding appropriately to online queries and questions
  • Providing content support, which will include updating content, refreshing images, videos and updating fundraising campaigns
  • Collating images for use in publicity materials, website and across social media channels
  • Capturing footage and editing to create short promotional films for use on charity website and across social media channels

Required skills:

  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Very good communication skills on the phone and in writing
  • Interest in working in marketing

Salary:

£14,000 per annum

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm
