We are excited to introduce a new Digital Marketing Executive role within a thriving Ecommerce business in the Northeast of Glasgow, part of a well-known portfolio of leading Glasgow brands. This role is key as the company scales its Ecommerce operations, building on a successful foundation with a turnover exceeding £4 million. With ambitious projects underway, including a re-platforming and relaunch of their Ecommerce website, the business is geared up for significant growth., This Executive position will report into the Ecommerce Manager, with a particular emphasis on Paid Advertising. This role is perfect if you are passionate and excited about helping to shape the future of a growing Ecommerce business and making a substantial impact., As the Digital Marketing Executive, you will be primarily responsible for driving and executing paid ad campaigns, optimizing performance and delivering measurable results. This role offers an excellent opportunity for those looking to specialize in paid advertising while harnessing a passion for data-driven marketing. If right now youre not a specialist, but have exposure to and want to specialise in paid ads this could be the one.,

  • Develop and execute a Paid Media Strategy that supports overall business goals alongside the Ecommerce Manager.

  • Optimize campaigns regularly to enhance performance and meet key objectives.

  • Manage bid strategies to maximize return on ad spend efficiently.

  • Oversee audience management for accurate targeting and engagement.

  • Create and manage ad copy to connect effectively with the target audience.

  • Implement Conversion Rate Optimization to boost customer acquisition and sales.

  • Work closely with the Ecommerce Manager to align marketing and business strategies.

  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.

  • Perform keyword research to improve search visibility and campaign effectiveness.

  • Align content across all platforms to ensure a consistent brand message.

    Circa 2-3 years+ of experience managing paid media campaigns either in-house or in an agency setting.

  • Experience managing Google Ads and/or Amazon Ads campaigns.

  • Experience with Bing Ads and Meta Ads is beneficial.

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills for assessing campaign performance.

  • Ability to thrive in a small, dynamic work environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Understanding of SEO and copywriting to boost organic traffic is advantageous.

  • Proficient in using Excel for data analysis and reporting.

  • Skilled in problem-solving and recommending strategic improvements.

  • Capable of making swift executive decisions.

  • Ability to multitask and coordinate work efficiently., All applicants must be located in Glasgow or within a commutable distance and must have a permanent right to work in the UK without visa restrictions. A car would be beneficial due to location.

    Salary up to £37,500 DOE.

  • Hybrid working, initially 1 day during embedding period which will then rise.

  • Flexi time typically 8-4 or 9-5 to suit you.
