Full Job Description

Hybrid - 2 days a week on site in Glasgow city centre

We have a fantastic permanent opportunity with our award-winning client for a Digital Product Manager. You'll be joining at an exciting time, with the organisation primed to take advantage of their significant market potential through the expansion of their digital presence.

You will be responsible for on-going management, maintenance, and optimisation of all digital platforms such as websites, mobile apps, and other digital/data interfaces as part of a major digital transformation programme. You'll ensure that consumers have a premium-level experience when interacting with the brand through the website, CMS and other platforms.

This role involves coordinating with various teams and external 3rd party suppliers to ensure the platforms meet business objectives, deliver excellent user experiences, and leverage data to drive continuous improvement.

You will help to ensure delivery against the company vision to be a driving force, renowned for building premium, luxury brands that stand out physically and online. This role combines technical expertise, creativity, project management, and strategic thinking to drive the digital strategy forward.

Ideally you will have:

  • Experience of delivering a breadth of digital platform development, CMS and/or website management projects in an agency or corporate environment
  • Experience of working with partners to scope, deliver and manage development
  • Proven track record of managing projects, plans and backlogs
  • Knowledge of technical development (likely through engagement with technical/software/web development teams), web standards, analytics, user experience, search and SEO
  • Experience of guiding less digitally literate teams to successful outcomes
  • Content savvy and relevant understanding of consumer behaviour across digital touch points and channels
  • Enthusiasm to keep on top of new technology and consumer behaviour trends
  • Commercially astute with a keen eye on the numbers and ROI
  • Any experience of Hubspot, Shopify, Umbraco or similar would be advantageous
  • Experience bringing brands to life online, ideally within luxury goods
