About us:
R&A Group Ltd provide building service solutions for their clients requirements. They operate within; Industrial, Commercial, Substation & Office facilities, utilising their workforce's vast experience gained throughout many years of working within these sectors.
Overview:
We are now looking for an eager candidate to join us as an apprentice.
As a company, R&A have supported apprentices in the past, so you are in safe hands.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support for all projects.
Duties / What does the role look like?
- Working in collaboration with the Senior Project Coordinator, you will assist in coordinating project timelines, resources, and tasks. Projects are assigned via Fieldmotion, which you will become a key user of.
- Liase with Engineers to ensure smooth project execution and manage process on Fieldmotion.
- Track process of projects via MS Excel.
- Prepare a range of project documentation and reports via MS Word and ensure they are stored on an internal drive, for others to access.
- Participate in meetings to report on different project stages.
What skills / qualities should you have:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good skills for accurate data entry
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A keen interest in learning new skills
Salary:
£14,526.20 - £19,240 per annum, depending on experience.
Working week:
37hrs.
Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-4:30pm,
Friday'a are from 8:00am-4:00pm.

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
