Why Raeside Chisholm?

At Raeside Chisholm, their team of expert solicitors offers first-class legal support to clients, regardless of the inquiry or legal problem. Their solicitors' sole objective is to achieve a successful outcome for their clients in each and every case they handle. They are currently looking for a Digital Support Apprentice to join their team in Glasgow. The apprentice will work towards a SCQF Level 6 Diploma.

What’s involved?

  • Becoming an expert in Lawware to update customers on job quotes, times and invoicing
  • Acting as first response to customers by answering office phones and directing customers to the appropriate teams
  • Working collaboratively with the solicitors to manage their diaries and align these with customer requirements
  • Using Xero to process invoicing and sending these to clients
  • Using the Lawware system to manage deadlines, appointment and all client computer files
  • Weekly reporting on KPIs using Excel and collating this to internal staff
  • Using Microsoft Packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook for email correspondence

What do they need from you?

  • Good customer service skills
  • Microsoft package experience

Salary:

£17,000 per annum

Working hours:

Monday to Thursday, 9am - 5pm, Friday 9am - 4pm
