Our client is proud to be one of the UK's leading funeral plan providers, working with over 3000 independent funeral directors all over the country. 
Their plans allow customers the opportunity to pre-arrange their funeral and everything that goes with it - saving their family the worry and expense, taking a weight off their mind when the time comes.

Overview: 
They have supported numerous QA apprentices over the years and has a down to earth, refreshing work environment. You will be joining a team that contains 4 ex-apprentices who will be there to support you on your journey. 

Whilst they are currently based in Bearsden, they will be moving into a brand new office in Glasgow City Centre in January. 

The Role: 
What you will be doing / Duties include: 

  • Provide and process Funeral Director Invoice Amounts (FDIA) and provide plan quotes to customers.
  • Become an expert in inputting information into Anubis where you will store customer and stakeholder information. You will gather the info via Customer Wishes forms. Entering information correctly is vital.
  • File electronically using Invu, an external system which is used to capture paper based information and store on PCs/laptops.
  • Process payments and direct debit mandates online.
  • Ensure payments to funeral directors are paid on time.
  • Reconciliation of physical plan applications received against details logged on Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
  • Gather details of defective plans from system and pass to sales channels to allow them to follow up on obtaining defect resolution.

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines

Salary: 
£16,000 per annum.

Working week: 

  • Monday - Friday, 
  • 9am - 5pm or 8am - 4pm, 
  • 35 hours a week.
