Overview:
Staffscanner is seeking a motivated and organised Recruitment Support Apprentice to join our growing team. 
The ideal candidate will play a key role in helping us attract, hire, and retain top professionals to support our growth and maintain the high standards of care.

What’s involved?
You will be responsible for a Digital Support and recruitment tasks, including:

• Systems Expert: Become proficient in using the Work Smarter HR system to send out new starter documents and policies.
• Telephony Systems: Develop expertise in using 3CX for handling incoming calls and directing inquiries.
• Job Boards: Manage and utilise job boards such as Indeed and Total Jobs to go through account applications and different role descriptions. 
• Pre-screening: Conduct pre-screening of applicants on the Microsoft Teams system.
• Interview Management: Arrange interviews using the Microsoft 365 package and track the interview process in Excel.
• Compliance: Involvement in conducting compliance checks and ensuring candidate records are accurate and up to date.
• Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Data Management: Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment activity reports.

What do we need from you?
Desirable skills:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Solid teamworking skills to work closely with colleagues in recruitment and other departments as required.

Salary: £24,000 per annum.

Working week: Monday – Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.

You may be required to work up to one weekend shift per month. This shift will be compensated at a rate of time + one-third of the standard pay. Additionally, you will be entitled to take the equivalent time off in lieu.

They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
